Mixebikes LLC Warranty Terms and Conditions
Used goods are non-refundable. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval by Mixebikes LLC. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Warranty Coverage (Mixebikes LLC–Branded Products)
Off-road electric bikes sold directly by Mixebikes LLC are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Covered components include:

Wiring components
Products returned for warranty service must be shipped in original packaging. Mixebikes LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Consumable parts (e.g., brake pads, tires, tubes, bearings, cables, discs)
Aftermarket upgrades or modifications (motor, controller, etc.)
Commercial or rental use

Manufacturer Warranty
Some products sold by Mixebikes LLC are covered by manufacturer warranties. In such cases, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. While Mixebikes LLC may assist with the process, we assume no liability for manufacturer warranty decisions.
